Meet
Dr. Pierce

Dr. Jordan M. Pierce grew up in Ardmore, OK, where he was active in high school track, cross-country, theater and choral productions. After high school, he attended Oklahoma City University where he served as President of his chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology in 2015. Upon beginning studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, he was selected as Vice President for the Class of 2020. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in the spring of 2020 and graduated with the distinction of being inducted to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. While in dental school, he discovered a passion for surgical dentistry and decided to pursue this by applying for residency. In 2020, he began a residency in Periodontics at University of Illinois Chicago, and completed this residency program with a certificate in Periodontics and Master’s degree in Oral Biology in the Spring of 2023.
In the Spring of 2025, Dr. Pierce earned distinction as an American Board of Periodontology (ABP) Board-Certified Diplomate. For periodontists, this signifies achieving an elevated level of competence and expertise in their field, beyond the standard educational requirements. The ABP only awards this credential after a rigorous process of examination, advanced education, and demonstrating clinical expertise. Board certification represents a personal and professional commitment to the standards of periodontics and to continued growth through ongoing education. Diplomates are required to maintain certification through continuing education and periodic testing, which demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning and requires Diplomates to continually update their knowledge and skills.
Dr. Pierce is excited and proud to utilize his residency training and bring the best of periodontal care and implant dentistry to his home state of Oklahoma. His main professional interests revolve around using dental implants, gum grafting, and bone grafting to help patients achieve happy and healthy smiles. Dr. Pierce is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and Academy of Osseointegration.
In addition to being an avid runner and fan of watching Oklahoma City Thunder basketball, Dr. Pierce enjoys sampling local restaurants, peering out his window at a beautiful Oklahoma sunset, and spending time with his little dachshunds (Brodie and Chloe). As a lifelong enthusiast of investing in grand adventures, he is excited to continue his journey at Dental Surgical Arts of Tulsa.
